FamilyMeans Community Connection program:

A program designed for persons experiencing early-stage dementia or memory loss. Join us as we explore new things in the community and break stigmas about dementia and memory loss. Each 4-6-week session has a theme and special community guests who lead us to explore history, art, poetry, nature, community locales, music and more. Contact Heidi Ricks, Dementia Program Coordinator by email or 651-789-4017 for more information and to find out about the next session.

FamilyMeans Day Out Program:

This program provides group respite for the caregiver. It offers the person with dementia a fun setting that includes music, laughs, social interaction, games and gentle exercise. Both virtual and in-person options available on Fridays. Contact Volunteer and Day Out Coordinator, Margaret Irwin at or 651-789-4012.
