City of Roseville
The City of Roseville has a long-standing dementia initiative, with tips, resources, and links for dementia patients and their caregivers. Roseville’s website has many tools ranging from support groups to YouTube series that cover many topics within dementia.
FamilyMeans
FamilyMeans is a pioneer for dementia education and training in the local area assisting individuals, families and workplaces. Through our Caregiving & Aging team, we provide support services for both caregivers and the person experiencing dementia. FamilyMeans also provides many other social services including counseling and therapy, center for grief and loss, financial services, employee assistance programs and youth development programs. CCEFS Mobile Food Shelf
Christian Cupboard Emergency Food Shelf helps Woodbury residents with their food needs. Their mobile food shelf provides food to multiple sites in Woodbury and Oakdale. You can learn more about this program by calling 651-233-1296. For more details about this food shelf in general, visit ccefs.org.
Transportation / Metro Mobility
Transportation/Metro Mobility provides transportation for eligible riders who cannot use regular buses because of a health condition. The main Metro Mobility website has a host of information about how to schedule and pay for rides, as well as more information about the program.
